The studio of SAAJ Design seeks to encompass sustainable and biophilic design principles in every project. Each design begins with a detailed site analysis establishing passive solar paths, prevailing winds and prominent view lines to capture key natural features such as the bay, the bush or simply the landscape within one’s existing or potential property.

At the core of every design, the fundamentals of natural light, efficient heating and cooling ventilation systems, thermal insulation and solar shade are considered. The collaboration with contractors allows for the achievement of potential high performing glazing solutions.
